How to Use the Y-Age Glutathione Patch
- Place one LifeWave Glutathione patch on your body on one of the points show in the diagram.
- Rotate through the point locations in the diagram, using a Glutathione patch, 5 to 7 days per week.
- If you are going to combine Glutathione with either Y-Age Aeon or Y-Age Carnosine, use the Y-Age System point locations.
- Apply the patch to dry, clean skin in the morning.
- The patch may be worn for up to 12 hours, then throw it away.
- Use on a rotational basis of 12 hours on (for body repair), 12 hours off (for body recovery).
- Drink plenty of water while using Glutathione, (ideally with electrolytes).
