How to Use the X39 Patch
- Place one LifeWave X39 patch on your body, using one of the locations shown in the diagram.
- The first position is near the top of your spine on the C7 vertebrae. You can find the location by bending your head forward and feeling the protruding vertebrae just below the back of your neck. Place the X39 patch on top.
- The second place is about 2 finger widths below your belly button.
- Note that X39 works no matter where you place it on your body. However, the studies done were based on these two locations.
- Apply the patch to dry, clean skin in the morning.
- The X39 patch may be worn for up to 12 hours, then throw it away.
- Use the patch on a rotational basis of 12 hours on (to repair), 12 hours off (to rejuvenate).
