How to Use the Y-age System
- Although the Y-age system includes 3 patch types - Aeon, Glutathione, Carnosine - you only wear 2 of the patch types at any one time.
- Rotate the trio through the patch locations shown on the diagram, applying a Glutathione or Aeon patch 5 to 7 days per week and a Carnosine patch 1 to 3 days a week.
- When using the Y-Age system, use any 2 patch types on any 2 of the Y-Age point locations indicated, applying the patches on either the mid-line or right side of the body.
- It's best to keep a written record, to track on which days and locations you place the various patches on your body.
- Wear the patches for up to 12 hours, then throw them away.
- Use the patches on a rotational basis of 12 hours on, 12 hours off.
- Apply the patch to clean, dry skin in the morning.
- Make sure you drink lots of water, preferably with electrolytes, to help flush out toxins produced by your body whilst wearing the patches.
- Do not place the patches on damaged skin or wounds.
- For the best results, make sure you follow the Y-age System patching placement guide.
